First delivered in 2008, PEP is a unique leadership program for senior procurement professionals seeking to gain a greater understanding of strategic procurement and the capabilities required to lead organisational change.

This program goes beyond technical skills training. It is designed to give participants a unique advantage in their own leadership effectiveness  while simultaneously enriching their organisation by contributing enhanced skills back into their own team.
