The Faculty is experiencing growing global success and the relocation of Founding Chairman Tania Seary to London is opening up further opportunities for The Faculty's Procurement Consulting and Advisory services  in the UK and Europe.    Indeed, Procurious, the new global knowledge hub is being brought to life from The Faculty offices in SW1


With Tania Seary now based in London, a Regional Chairman has been appointed to The Faculty and The Source.  With a number of key International assignments, consultants on secondment and a founder based 16,800km from the main bureau, the business has appointed Anita Ziemer as Regional Chairman.  This will provide a Melbourne based Director's alternate.   Her principal role will be to deliver value to clients, create value for shareholders and employees and provide advisory assistance to The Faculty and The Source.  Supporting both a highly capable executive leadership team and growth focused Executive Chairman, Anita believes her 'on the ground' availability will be a great advantage.

As Regional Chairman, Anita brings Board level experience in a range of sectors.  She has been Board advisor to the Slade Group for 13 years, was a Director and later Chairman of Kidspot prior to its sale to News Ltd in 2011. She is Chairman of Melbourne Girls Grammar School and a Director of The Wheeler Centre for Books, Writing and Ideas.   Previously a joint founding Director of The Marketing Bank, her depth of understanding of niche consulting businesses and the challenges and opportunities faced by growing professional services firms were key in Tania Seary's decision to appoint her as Regional Chairman.
